We specialize in the formation of real estate investment groups to develop new projects and renovate existing properties. By pooling funds into an investment group’s larger projects, small investors can enjoy a higher rate of return than they would generally realize from a typical rental. Our groups provide the investor tremendous leverage— lowering both capital unit costs and operations expenses.

As the driving force at the core of these investment groups, we’re responsible for locating investors; conducting feasibility studies; hiring engineers, architects, contractors, attorneys; and analyzing and comparing financing packages.

We provide investors with a ten-year yield analysis on Internal Rate of Return, Financial Management Rate of Return, Equity Return, Cash on Cash, and a likely appraisal outcome.
